this is lasting love...

two weekends ago in picacho peak state park in southern arizona, i took time to stop at the park and soak up the lovely wildflowers and breezy sunny day. i came across this lovely pair of entangled saguaros. when i observed this scene, it really just took my breath away. this pair of cactus has such a beautiful, long relationship. their intertwining spans long over a century and they have chosen a most magnificent location for their love affair. they silently inspire me to be more like them.
